    Outstanding service when we needed it most. I cannot say enough good things about Mike Douglass Plumbing, Inc. and the incredible service. We had a nightmare situation where my wife used the restroom & her wedding ring slipped off and was flushed down the toilet. I immediately pulled the toilet, hoping it was caught in the trap, but no luck. That’s when I called Mike Douglass Plumbing. The plumber who came out, Matthew, was phenomenal. He was calm, professional, and completely in control of the situation. He used a camera snake and, within just a couple of minutes, located the ring 14 feet down the pipe. Even more impressive, he rigged a custom piece of wire onto the camera snake and, within minutes, successfully recovered the ring.
